Some dude who tried to steal Gojyo's food upon his first week of being here. No one steals Gojyo's food. Even if he's not going to actually eat it. (*Humph*)
A mellow and level headed man who arrived in Hakagemachi around the same time as Gojyo. Both of them seemed to have formed a quick bond due to shared confusion of the situation as well as their mutual loneliness.
A kid Gojyo helped out on his second day in. Utsume was happy to be the first person to fully fill him in on what's going on in Slumscape and the two seemed to have bonded almost immediately, despite their extremely different personalities.
What's to say? Rangetsu had managed to get Gojyo centered here and help him figure the place out some as he started to settle in. Then they went for drink. Anyone who's willign to be a drinking buddy is a good friend in Gojyo's book
